The short story. There were more cars than bikes at the Grove. It got rained out halfway through our third round. Best side by side race of the night was Terry Duffy 8.61 to Scotty K.s 8.82 (I think). I think Steve Coash is trying to get Powers hunert bucks. He did 2 burnouts that I couldn't see how far down track he went through all the smoke. But when the smoke cleared he was still backing up at probably 25mph. Sticker dude took lost his trans. I think on a 1-2 shift. I had a good time. Nice bunch of cars. Nice bunch of people. Good job to all that were there. It was nice to meet the E85 crew that made the tow. Thanks to all that made it to the track. I was entertained.

I was proud and thankful to be at the grove to help out yesterday. The mafia and E85 drivers should be commended for their patience and professionalism. I gotta say I never realized how good we have it when we run at a NSCB or True Street race. Id think twice about going again the same night as the retarded RSD circus. You've got two different groups announcing and they dont communicate with each other. They would call Mafia cars to the lanes, Then Pat Hart would say were not running you guys till later. Our guys pull back out of line, cause it was 50 and the bottles get cold, 5 minutes later the first announcer is bitching last call for the Mafia Where are you guys!!! John Nader went up to the tower and asked WTF? "Oh theres two announcers and they dont know whats going on" Everyone took it in stride and put on a show anyway. Thanks to All!!! Eric
