Talked with the track today..we are gonna have to pay some kind of Gate fee and there gonna give some part back:confused:..Until we prove ourselves to them we have little bargaining power..

That being said we need to have the most cars we can there...so who's coming??

Man we are hopeing to be there but as of right now my motor is not together. Last year with the new block we were having issues with cam timing which we were putting on the shaft. New supplier and it had had a couple other issues so we were sure it was the problem. Well I got a new cam this year and the same thing so with a little more looking found out that the cam was not in the center of the block and the lifters are rotated .040 counter clock wise I now have it fixed but I have to but in new lifter bore bushings and I have to do some custom work in the cam tunnel. I still hope to be together in time but it might not happen I still have other work to do for guy's that pay the bills.

We are probably going to go to Western Tennesee dragway in Gleason TN as long as the weather cooperates. It's a 1/4 mile nhra track and I think it's about 500 miles from us. We are gonna bail out early Fri Morning and see where we wind up. It's gonna be a long week, i'm already getting anxious.:D
