Welcome to the 7530T club, what you have run into plenty have already seen. The boxes are false triggering the T/C detect circuit and putting itself in limp mode. Like mentioned before the common cure is to pull power off the box completely for at least 12 hours and the alarm should clear. Please check to make sure All your trigger signal connections are clean and tight. What you want to do is make sure you are not creating noise on the Magnetic trigger input that the box thinks is T/C related. We have seen leaky coil wires cause RF noise to feed into the trigger circuit and shut the boxes down. Most of the national kids will have two boxes at the races, one on the car & one in the trailer. Granted not all can go this route but that leaves making sure not to induce any noise into the box that could be thought to be T/C. I hope this helps!

The digital box is pretty much plug and play, where as the 7AL3 requires hard wireing. So if you wanted to make up some whips, the transition from box to box shouldn't be that bad if you had to do it at the track.
Good Luck !

Steve, I just found out that when that function is triggered, the box either has to be reset by the NHRA/MSD or the box has to be left powered for up to 24hrs for that code to clear. Violent tire shake or alot of vibration will cause that box to go into that mode.
